Make up on a First Date

Men want women who look as natural as possible. There's nothing like going out with a girl who looks great when you're out with her, but behind closed doors, you get to see her peel off the layers of make-up, fake lashes and hair extensions. That hot girl you shared dinner with, now looks like a lot less like a girl and more like a sick puppy. Guys hate this. We don't like being fooled and believe it or not, we like natural-looking women.

Extra mascara

We don't want women who are going to smear foundation all over our shirts when we hug them or wound us with their freaky false lashes. So what can a girl do? 1. Fake isn't fun. Men don't like anything fake on a woman's face. If your lashes really aren't longer than life, then don't pretend that they are. Just try to enhance what you've already got with a little extra mascara. We'd really appreciate it.

Not attractive

False isn't especially not fun. If you're not a 36C cup, then don't pretend to be by padding your bra or pushing up what you've already got all the way to your chin. Men get disappointed when we think we've got a 36C on our hands, but come to find out we've really got a 32A when the lights are on in the bedroom. We men do this, too. Many men try to wear clothes that make it look like they've got a six-pack, but when the clothes come off it's more like a pack of flab and loose skin.

Final Words

Red lipstick is great for certain occasions, but it's generally a turn-off if you're just going out to lunch with a girl or grabbing a cup of coffee at Starbucks. Tone it down, please. Foundation should be used sparingly. We've all got flaws and you can always minimize them naturally. There's no need for a woman on a date to pile on the foundation that makes you look like you have a fake suntan or the one that has all the glitter in it. Use natural, matte colors and you'll look gorgeous.
